Hey everyone! Sublease available at The Flats at Norman. I'm looking for someone to take over my lease from July , to July .
It's a bath unit so you'd have your own private bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a washer and dryer. My lease is $+ utilities/month.
The other three male roommates are a senior, a sophomore, and a grad student. They're all super clean, respectful, laidback, and easy to live with.
The Flats has great amenities: a pool with a hottub, a fitness center with yoga room and on-demand classes, a study lounge, a conference center, a sand volleyball court, an outdoor fire pit, grill and picnic areas, and a community clubhouse that hosts several community-wide events throughout the year. Covered parking is available, and there's a shuttle to campus.
It's about a -minute walk to the OU football stadium and just a 6-minute drive to the nearest Walmart Neighborhood Market.
