The home is located in a beautiful and safe neighborhood in Central Dallas, just minutes from major highways (North Central Expressway). Bus stops are only a few blocks away, and the train station is about two miles from the property. The house is equipped with a full security system, including front and back cameras and an alarm for added peace of mind.

Your room comes fully furnished with a full-size bed, bookshelf, nightstand, and dresser. It also includes a large closet, a wall-mounted TV, and a lockable door for privacy. You’ll have full access to common areas such as a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, dining room, patio with grill, and a community pool. A designated covered parking space is included, with a private back-door entry through the patio. All bills are included in the rent, including ultra high-speed internet, water, and utilities.

A half month’s rent is required as a deposit, along with proof of full-time employment, and a minimum lease of three months. For compatibility with current tenants, this co-living space is limited to male renters. No pets, no couples, and smoking is permitted outside only.
