Hello! Me and my roommate (F) are looking for a 3rd girl to move into the master bedroom in our bath apartment! Located a few blocks from CSUF and super close to the freeways.

Move in ASAP!
Rent is $ security deposit
Utilities range $ in the hottest month
(Water, sewer and trash are included in rent!)

Laundry is onsite- next building over
We have 2 parking spots so we rotate who parks on the street.
We also have two pools and a community rec building!

We are looking for someone who pays rent on time and someone who plans to be long term. No pets and must also be okay with cats! My roommate has two very sweet cats.

We like to hang out and grab drinks but we also respect each others quiet times as well!
