Looking to share my home

Hi there, I am looking to share my home of 6 years with a young, female student preferably but others will be considered I live in a great, peaceful but friendly community with 3 swimming pools, a playground, basketball court, and off- street parking. The room available is quite large and I can furnish with a bed, desk, bookcase and dresser if you like or you can bring your own furniture. Your bathroom has sink, storage, bathtub/shower, and toilet. The house has washer and dryer, dishwasher, fridge, oven/stove, microwave and air fryer. Home is centrally located to La Verne University, Cal Poly Pomona, Citrus College, Claremont College, APU, etc.
