Hello!
I am years old female (punjabi Indian), looking for a female roommate (Indian preferred) to share a room with me. It is a ground floor room and has attached washroom, kitchen and laundry are shared with other tenants.
One parking space is available too. The rent of this room is $ + utilities.
One family of 4 members (all females) is living upstairs on second floor. All tenants are clean and professional.
This house is located in a peaceful neighbourhood.
