I have a master bedroom with private bathroom for rent. The room is furnished with a king bed (linens not included), two bedside tables, air filter, and a fifty inch tv. The bathroom has a bath tub/shower with double sink and small linen closet.

I currently have 1 male roommate on the top floor, and I stay in the basement. Your room will be on the top floor with your own private space and bathroom.

One thousand rent, and hundred deposit needed to move in. (Deposit is fully refundable with no damages exceeding ordinary ware and tear)
