A newly remodeled home that comes with large eat-in kitchen, laundry room, living room, back room, backyard. There's an orange tree in the backyard. Each roommate has their own walk-in closet but shared bathroom with roommate. I am ONLY looking for one clean, respectful female roommate. The room is in Phoenix. It is close to restaurants, shopping, park, hiking places and movie theater. No smoking, pets or drugs. There is forty dollar application fee and 2fifty deposit. The utilities are split evenly between the three roommates. The room is available right now in Phoenix
