We have a private room with its own bathroom available for immediate move-in. The home features beautiful wooden floors, high ceilings, and large windows, as well as shared amenities including a small kitchen area, patio, and balcony. The house is historic and we have several tenants. Common areas are professionally cleaned once a month. High-speed WiFi and all utilities are included in the rent.

The location is central to major freeways and public transportation is within the block. USC Village is a bus ride away (less than ten mins by car or bus) and we are walkable to LA Live/Crypto Center. Laundromats, grocery stores, shops, restaurants, and fast food places are all within a block or two.

Our tenants are men in their twenties to thirties who works full-time or go to school. We’re seeking a quiet, respectful, and considerate housemate who values a clean and peaceful environment. Please note that quiet hours are observed and smoking of any kind is not permitted on or around the property.

Requirements:
• Security deposit equal to one month’s rent
• Move-in fee
