I'm looking for someone who is interested in renting a room in a very beautiful house and great Neighbourhood, minutes from 5th ave, the room can be furnished or unfurnished and it has a TV too, private bathroom with the room, laundry available in the house, the house has a beautiful backyard with a big pool and it's also available for use anytime, so basically the room comes with access to everything in the house, the house is very clean and organized, also there is 2 parking spots available.
