Looking for professional quiet roommate. Looking to save money & move into a twin bedroom, been in this community for years. Great location close to EVERYTHING, I have just about everything needed & am more than happy to discard some of my living room furniture if you want to bring your own. Unit is fully automated through an app & Alexa, hammock stations, double pools, car wash station, beach volleyball, food trucks, gym. Walk to stores & restaurants. Move in fee tbd based on credit. I do dog sit a few weeks a year for a well trained dog. Please note: rent might be slightly adjusted as prices change daily.
