This is for a 1 bedroom in a bath apartment, and I am only looking for 1 tenant. The bedroom is sq. ft. with closet, and can fit up to a king-sized bed plus a dresser/desk. Fully furnished living room and kitchen, and pet-safe patio. Amenities include: on- laundry, pool, fitness center, community game room with foosball and pool tables, and free parking. I have cats, and pets are negotiable. Optional move in now for a prorated rent amount, so you can move in early! Looking to fill ASAP.
