Would like to be closer to BCSD

I got a new job with Berea City School District that is also a promotion and my lease ends by the end of November. I have some flexibility because there's no fees if I choose to move early, I just need to give a day notice. I do have flexibility on the back end that I could go month to month until I find something.

That said, I'm not rushing, I want to ensure we vibe and everything about it feels good for all parties. I'm also into applying to bedroom apartments together to get something we all love.
