About the house:
- We live on a quiet cul-de-sac
-Plenty of on-street parking (never crowded)
- Miles to freeway on ramp and 2 exits away from Freeway, Long Beach TownCenter, Hospital, and Grocery Stores
-On- Washer and Dryer, Oven/Stove, Microwave, AC/Heating, Shared Fridge, Food Storage
- internet with ethernet access in the room or wifi.
- Our Senior Cat is years old and roams the house freely. (Keeping your door closed will keep her out) If you don’t like animals or are allergic to cats, this may not be the place for you. She is the queen of the house, and we cater to letting her live her last years as a princess.

About us:
I’m a Freelance Creative and pick up shifts at Target when i need extra money. I’m with no kids or wife/girlfriend. I’m outgoing and open. I spend extra time playing video games, traveling, and spending time in my garden.
My Other Roommate is and is a veterinarian technician, he is shy and spends his extra time playing video games and being in his room. He has a girlfriend who comes over twice a month. He works Weds - Saturday and is in bed by midnight on work nights and stays up late on off days.
