Room in large La Jolla house

Hi, I’m looking for people to sign a lease with between now and Oct 1. I’m thinking ~$2k/person max, ideally a bit less. I’m looking at bed houses between La Jolla-Del Mar, but open to anywhere from OB-Encinitas. I’ve found some good options already; I’ve included a pic of one as an example. I’ll be bringing a nice couch & large tv, so I’d rather set up a new spot than join an existing living situation. Guys/girls idc, LGBTQ & friendly, don’t bring the party home but would love to host occasional gatherings. Not interested in apartments.

I’m & work full time at a lab in Torrey Pines, but I’ll come home on my lunch breaks if I’m close enough. I have a friendly 4yo shepherd mix as an ESA, so I’m looking for people that would be stoked to have a dog around. He’s friendly & well trained, and I’d be open to one more friendly dog. Sorry, no cats. I’m trying to find a spot with a good backyard & garage. I spend most of my free time with my dog, as well as surfing, fishing, hiking, camping, etc. I’m easygoing but I take care of my space, and ideally I’d have roommates with similar interests.
