Garage apartment detached from main house with access via side gate. Partial furnished with a full size bed and dining table with 2 chairs. Kitchen has a refrigerator and gas stove. Full size bathroom with shower and tub. Close to campus, single occupancy, and no pets. We would love to find someone open to driving in the evenings approximately hrs per week to reduce rent. Electric, water, and Gas included.
