Available Nov this house is furnished, bedroom is open for your personal belongings. Seeking one roommate for a large four-bedroom home in a quiet West Haven neighborhood. We are looking for a mature, quiet, responsible, clean, and professional. The house has two unoccupied rooms with closets. would prefer just one person adult. Also an office space with light on the top floor available. We can work out details with additional room if you would like that as well. You will also have your own bathroom. There is also a backyard that we all maintain together. The main level is open concept containing the kitchen, dining and main living area, and large windows that bring plenty of natural lighting. Currently, there are no pets in the house there is an additional pet fee charge on your rent through the property management company. As roommates, we mostly keep to ourselves and enjoy our alone time. We will occasionally have group meals together, but it is not an expectation for anyone to join. (Before work and after work we do share stories about how good/bad our days were and banter about other things as well. So you may hear us chatting and laughing. We’re in our early ’s, nonsmokers, and do not host parties. We are going on our 7 year being here and do not plan on leaving anytime soon!
