Hi everyone! My name is Grace, and I’m a grad student at ETSU. I’m looking for a roommate for next year. Rent is about $/month plus utilities, and the lease is for months. Move-in would be around July–August , but it may be possible to move in a little earlier (June) depending on my current roommate’s timeline since our lease ends then. Please text if your interested!

~ sq. ft., main floor unit with a balcony
Washer and dryer in-unit
Fully furnished common areas
Quiet building, slightly set apart from others (minimal noise)
Free parking
Lease details:
-month lease (July , with possible June move-in)
Rent: ~$/month (Internet and Electricity separate)
If something comes up during the lease, management allows lease takeovers, so you’d just need to find a replacement roommate About you (ideally):

Clean and respectful
Grad student/young professional (preferred, but not required)
