Looking for Quality Tenants!

Room available September 1st. I have one bedroom, walk-in closet w/shared bath with a female tenant in a co-ed house. $ $-Hundred-twenty-/month, all utilities, landscaping, and maid services included. Full home gym. sq ft newly built house with upstairs loft. Beautiful kitchen and dining table. + inch TV's & Streaming apps in common areas. Both males and females welcomed. My current tenants have been here for over a year. Very respectful, calm, and quiet house. When needed, we all help each other with certain responsibilities. No pets unless they are small, completely house broken (no exceptions), and friendly with other dogs. (Only dogs permitted). The room is currently furnished, but it can be furnished or unfurnished (your choice).

I use Turbo Tenant to screen all applicants. Criminal history, credit check, and etc. This ensures a good, safe and cohesive household. I offer month-to-month leases to start. Longer leases available after good tenantship after 3 months or so (though I find my tenants prefer month-to-month flexibility better). You're welcome to come meet me and my tenants, and our animals for free. If you decide to apply, application fee is $ ($forty-) and upon move-in will be deducted from first month rent.

We're a a great house. All get along. It's a very good situation.
