• I live here with my -year-old son (he’s with me every other week)
• We’re respectful, easy-going, and keep the home clean ( – even the cat box is outside, so no odors)
• Pets in the home: cats and dogs – must be okay with animals
• Still working on furnishing/decor since we moved to Texas last year
