I am seeking one roommate to share my spacious, light townhome in the Woodcroft area of S. Durham. Very lovely area, with many walking trails. You’d have your own room and bathroom. $ per month rent, including all bills. I’m super easy to live with, except that I’m always doing art projects in the living room. Well-behaved pets very welcome!
