I am renting a fully furnished Room in my condo. The rent includes all utilities, including high speed internet. The room is two hundred fifty square ft with nice size windows, carpet flooring and built in closet. The room is move in ready and it is fully furnished with a very comfortable Queen size bed, a nightstand, a lamp, and a dresser and a shoe rack. There is a separate bath that is not private but also fully furnished, and the condo does have a washer and dryer on suit. Parking is not available in the building but there are plenty of public/Private and street parking right outside of the building. I am looking for a clean professional male/female to rent the room.

This very beautiful condo located in downtown is in an amazing location within easy reach of everything that you love about Bethesda. It is close to Medical Center metro, Bethesda Metro, NIH, Walter Reed Army Hospital and steps from the Marriott International Headquarters. The Stonehall building will put you at the threshold of nearly two hundred restaurants, twenty art galleries, two live theaters, parks and some of the best shopping in the metro area as well as a Harris Teeter which is located right across the street from the building. There is also a free circulator that runs through Downtown Bethesda and metro stations.
