Hi! I have two private bedrooms available in a shared house on South Pardee Street. The home is clean, calm, and kept respectful. Rent is $1,200/month and includes all utilities + WiFi.
Deposit is $1,200.
3-month minimum lease, with option to extend. The room can be rented furnished or unfurnished — whichever you prefer.
You’d share common spaces (kitchen, living room, backyard) and a bathroom with one other roommate. Everyone keeps the space clean and is mindful of shared areas. Street parking available. I also have a virtual tour available if you’d like to see the space before scheduling an in-person visit. I’m looking for someone responsible, non-smoking, and able to pass a background check.
