This room is fully furnished with a queen size Lodge bed and a dresser with nightstands. It comes with a television equipped with a Roku. Included in the cost is electricity, the television, Roku, water, and sewer and garbage. The home is very nice with a private deck with a barbecue and a lovely Koi pond. I also have a fence yard, which would accommodate one dog. Well behaved dog, of course. Please call if you are interested I would love to talk to you.
