Hi I’m looking for a quiet, clean, respectful roommates. Beautiful, private, single, furnished rooms for one person only. Utilities, laundry, and Wifi are included. No parking except street parking.

Applicant Include:
- name and phone number
- Proff of income require, co-signer or proff of savings for international students
- First and last months rent required
- Credit check and reference required
- One person per room
- Tenant may not bring pets

Kitchenette, four piece bathroom, top floor and full kitchen, laundry room, bathroom room on lower level.

We are quiet, easygoing, and are looking for quite, clean, an easygoing roommates. I have several rooms available at this location.

- We are a 5 minute drive from Marketplace Malls with all stores.

- Bus # is at the corner a 2 minute walk goes to Algonquin and downtown

- house is smoke free, drug free (including pot), no heavy drinking, no loud music

Not suitable for smokers due to owners Asthma.

Tenant may not bring pets. First and last month rent always required up front.

Algonquin College is minutes by bus or car. Barrhaven Amazon, Minto Sportsplex, Marketplace Mall are close and the new soon to open Food Basics on Cambrian road is a few minute walk. 1 year lease required. Ottawa U and Carleton are accessible by bus.
