I have a couple rooms available for rent. Amenities included in high speed internet access and use of hottub. Room will share a bathroom with another roommate. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly. Homeowner has 2 Pomeranians, so other pets probably cannot be accommodated, but we can discuss it. Ideal roommate will love dogs and be willing to build a household community and become friends with roommates, pay rent on time and will he respectful of house rules and others’ space and property. Rent is $ plus utility split for unfurnished and furnished for a lease of 6months + or /month for 6 months or less term (furnished). Home is located near the Columbia Tech Center in East Vancouver WA. This is perfect for students, traveling professionals, or anyone who doesn’t want to pay Portland income tax but wants to be close to Portland.
