Second bedroom to be finished emptying. My son recently moved out, to share with mates, so I am looking for a female to share with. Main building with a granny flat attached with separate entrance for another single lady. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The first bedroom could fit a double or queen bed. Use the second bedroom as your dressing room, office, gaming, hobby or personal lounge room.
Shared lounge room (negotiable); kitchen; dinning room; laundry & back patio. My creative area is set up in the garage but there is driveway parking. Lindum Station is km away, basically a flat walk & local bus stops. Close to the Wynnum Plaza or the Foodworks complex. A short drive to the Wynnum/Manly eateries & waterfront. Manly creative markets each Sunday morning & the Jan Powers Markets one Saturday morning a month. Air-conditioning in the main part of the house, able to do two out of the three bedrooms during the hot days or nights.
