Hello we are Eliceo and Judith. We are looking for a long term roomate to share our apartment with. We have a small dog and cannot add any pets, at this time. He is a very friendly and loving dog named Sunny. Doesn’t really bark either. We have a son that spends weekends occasionally. During the week we are early to bed and very early to rise.

We live in a nice neighborhood down the street from a park and church. Plenty of parking and right down the street from the express way. Close to shopping and a Jewel is in walking distance. Blue line is a min bus ride away.

Room comes with a queen size bed and a dresser.
Shared bathroom, living room, kitchen and yard.
Wifi.
Utilities are also included


Specifics:
Disinfecting/wiping down handles is strongly recommended for everyones safety.
Weekend mornings are for cleaning, usually sunday morning. Joining is appreciated but totally optional.
Pitching in for necessities like paper goods, hand soap, cleaning supplies is greatly appreciated.
Groceries can be shared if we split cost but can discuss further once you check out the place.
