Looking for my mom and her dog

I am looking for a place for my mom and her dog. My mom is disabled. My mom is very sweet, responsible, respectful and keeps to herself. I would be helping her pay for this since she is on disability.

This would be a temporary situation until I can get my mom back home to Colorado, but being in Vegas she has more access to medical care.

I would be helping with her finances and making sure everything is paid.
The dog is a very sweet girl, her name is Bella she is 8 years old, completely blind and doesn't do the best with stairs.

My mom has no vehicle, so biggest favor I would ask is helping us figure out the best transportation for her since she is disabled and cannot walk long distances.
