neighborhood. Room is unfurnished. One window. Hardwood floor. Large closet. Shared bath. Size of room is about one hundred & fifty sq feet. There are some nice views of the Oakland Hills. About 6 miles south-east of Lake Merritt. Close to Mills College. Closest intersection is Keller Ave and Rilea Way, Oakland, CA
There is a bus stop a half a block
from the apartment.
Small apartment bldg with only 4 units. Beautiful garden. Utilities are split evenly. Internet is about twenty dollars
per person per month. PGE depends on season, in winter it’s usually around sixty dollars per person, in summer much less. Landlord pays for water & garbage. There is a coin-operated washer/dryer in the bldg. Sorry no pets. No smoking. No couples or families. There is a well-equipped kitchen with all the usual appliances. You can cook whatever you like as long as you clean up after yourself.

Available now. Not a short term rental. I’m looking for someone who can sign a one year lease.
