Located off the 8 and Fletcher parkway exit, yards from the trolley line and . Not too loud, it’s a nice white noise. Very chill quiet neighborhood. (Walking distance to green-orange line, bus route 1.

Room is apx feet with a great view facing west. Shared bathroom for tub/ shower. Half bath downstairs. Storage cabinets in hallway and sliding closet door in your bedroom.

Apartment is fully furnished, can compromise perhaps on some things.


Swimming pool, 2 assigned off street parking spots (one covered) washers and dryers on the property. Very quiet community of units ( early s vibe ) with modern updated interior of appliances , counter tops. Full size oven in kitchen with electric stove top burners with full size microwave. Built in A/c in the living room. Ceiling fan in dining room and bedroom.

I work in the hospitality industry full time, stay active in the gym, enjoy sports. I'm looking for someone long term.

Cox Wi-fi is total a month and electric is usually a month. ( split half)
Must pass application and background check with management. minimum
Credit score. Secuirty deposit as well needed. ( management will decide the amount based on your background check )
