My tenant is looking for new roommates. His current ones are leaving the area.
The rent price varies, depending on which bedroom is taken, as they are varied in sizes.

One of the Bedrooms has a small separate space that can be used for Office..The other bedrooms are spacious as well. The building is family owned, occupied and managed. Conveniently located : Close to Cleveland Circle, Washington Square. Directly on the Green Line, C Line and very close to D and B Line and Buses to Harvard Square. Close to everything! Ideal and Safe neighborhood. Looking for mature young professionals. Not a Frat house party place. :-)
