Room available for rent. Safe area of Frisco. Wakeland High School district. Close to Collin County College. Quick access to Dallas Tollway and all the exciting things offered in Frisco, including the Dallas Cowboys stadium and retail, The Star, FC Dallas at Toyota Stadium, Frisco Roughriders, Omni PGA Resort and Spa, Stonebriar Mall, and the the upcoming Universal Studios Theme Park.

Unfurnished for Fifty (photos of Room B unfurnished are attached) OR Fifty for furnished with Queen bed, dresser / mirror combo, two side tables with lamps, window and closet. (Can send photos if interested in how it looks furnished.)

Room and bathroom are located at the front of the house and basically in their own separate wing / hall. Will share bathroom with one other male roommate. He's very quite and clean and you hardly see him.

Digital entry to house; room has lock with key for your peace of mind.

All utilities included: wifi (business high speed), electric, water, trash. Kitchen is a shared space and you will have cupboards and fridge and freezer space for your use. BONUS: Tenant will have access to a free user profile for streaming services on Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Paramount Plus and Peacock.

We are a married couple in our fifties who never had children, so have extra rooms to rent out. Though cordial and friendly, we all pretty much do our own thing around here. No chitchat required here!
