We’re looking for a fellow quiet, respectful human to rent a private upstairs bedroom in our South Austin home.

About the Room & House:

Private upstairs bedroom (queen-sized frame and mattress available if desired)

One full bath and one half bath (shared)

Laundry and dishwasher available

Garage storage space included

Driveway/garage parking; guest parking lots a 2-minute walk away (no street parking)

Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors, great for walks, and close to main roads

Utilities average about $/month

About Us:
Two men in their forties (lifelong friends) and one of their moms share the home. We’re a calm, low-activity household — the occasional game night is about as lively as it gets.

About the Pets:
We share the space with two furry “house owners” — an indoor/outdoor cat full time and a medium-sized dog part time. We love our current furry housemates, but can’t take on more pets, sorry.

Who We’re Looking For:
Someone who values peace and quiet, cleans up after themselves, and is comfortable living with pets.
