Room available in a very nice quiet neighborhood. The room is located on the 2nd floor and features two nice size closets, a desk to work on, TV with wi-fi, new carpet and bedding. All utilities are included. Also, available is a small room with a table and chairs, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The bathroom is shared with one other female. Washer and dryer is not included but there is a laundromat close by.
