We have a medium size room for rent. It's monthly all utilities included wifi, netflix on laundry in the garage. large patio for chilling throwing some steaks on the grill. Lots of parking. 5 minutes away from grocery store and shopping center. We do have a friendly Rottweiler. If any questions feel free to ask. I'm a renter here as well for the owner of the property.
