I live an active and healthy life style. I work long hours, huge into fitness and often not home. The living area currently has workout equipment, I plan to refurnish and make more homie feeling. I am usually in my room or working on something if I’m not working or at the gym.

Best match: Short or long term welcome with a day notice. Non smoker, does not have room smelling like pot, doesn’t have multiple different random strangers. Introduce me to your guests. I am pretty laid back and quiet most of the time. Preferably someone who cleans up after themselves, positive energy, and respects what is provided.

Cameras are in common area space since I am barely home I do have a pet sitter / someone who comes to water my plants, they are also for when maintenance comes.
