Bedroom available in our bath house in North Loveland. NEW floors, paint, and ceiling fans! Seeking a renter that is quiet, clean, and respectful of everyone’s time and space. There are 3 other rooms available in this house right now.

The house is set up with 3 bedrooms upstairs, and another bedroom downstairs on the main floor next to the second bathroom, kitchen, and living room.

The owners of the house will be living in a separate unit in the basement. All utilities are split evenly between roommates every month which includes 2GB fiber optic internet, trash, water, sewer, and electricity.
