Private room, Shared Shower

I live in a townhouse in the canyon crest area of Riverside. One of my roommates moved out and we are looking for someone to take her place as soon as possible. You would have your own bedroom and own half bathroom downstairs but will share the shower upstairs with my other roommate. If you’re interested and would like to check out the room let me know. The rent is just under $/month with utilities. You would have your own room and would share a bathroom with my other roommate. Here is a virtual tour of what our townhouse looks like. The only difference is that our unit has carpet instead of tile or wood. Your room would be the downstairs room. This is a non smoking community and we are not allowing pets in our unit.
