Room for Rent (South West)

I am a male looking to rent out the other bedroom with its own bathroom is an Apartment Complex. Place is located minutes from strip. I’m rarely home, and never have overnight guest, and I ask the same. You will be added to the lease, for a background and credit check, and have full access to all the amenities, but can be removed anytime as long as you give a 30 day notice. There is no bed, but there is a dresser and small TV. Walking distance to Gym, Grocery Stores, and many restaurants. I also have 2 cats, if that’s ok..
