Hi my name is my Marianne and I am looking to rent out my 3rd room in land o lakes. I have a roommate prospect for the 2nd room in September but it’s not set in stone yet.
The room is all utilities included. It comes with a shared bathroom and living room space upstairs
A bit about me, I am transferring to USF , I am in the navy. I like to bake and go to the beach
There is a garage and backyard, dogs are welcome. It is available for a tour
