I have a room now available for rent. Room has tile flooring but I saved a piece of the rug incase you want some carpeting. The house has 2 bedrooms, office room, florida room. There is a ton of storage space so if you have a lot of stuff thats cool. It is located in the crystal lake area. Southeastern and florida southern are close by. There is a shopping plaza across the street with a Publix. The rent includes everything , which is wifi, electric, trash pick up , landscaping and streaming services. asking for $ a month with deposit of $ Running a special if you move in by September $ off first month. Best times to look at room will be before 1pm weekdays and anytime on weekends . I will be asking for references. Message me if interested.
