Sharing this gay-friendly space with younger male, full time college students, must be respectful, studious, vaccinated, responsible & dedicated. Apologies, but I will only respond to those who meet my requirements.
We are on the 1st floor, near City Hall & Van Ness Ave. Frequent Muni, Bus and Bart service, & many connections to major routes, for Muni service to CCSF or SFSU & fast access to anywhere in the city. Well located, well kept, streets well-lit, near coffee shops & restaurants. We are blocks away from ATM's and the New Apple Cinema. This Room is furnished with a desk, shelves and Murphy bed. It has a small hall & bathroom; sorry there is no kitchen, but you’ll have a TV, refrigerator, kettle, microwave and rice cooker. There’s a walk in closet & the building has a large laundry area. Monthly cost: about $; it goes up a little every year; Security deposit: $. Utilities are not included: you will need to have the Electric, Cable, phone or internet under your name. My previous roommate said that the standard electric bill fluctuated around 3O$ per month and internet was good with Xfinity WI-Fi pass for around IO$ a Mo.
If interested, we need a: A Roommate Agreement renewed by semester. Bring no additional furniture; No pets; Agree to help with the weekly cleaning; prefer no overnight guests; No parties, no smoking, no heavy drinking, nor drugs. Candidates ideally have a good credit: ~ >= 6OO points from a credit report or can show good financial backing.
F1 International students provide proof of financial support from a sponsor and a copy of valid I-2O document. Character references, would be nice.
I have an international background and a student at heart, friendly & enjoy sharing my time, when able. I like meditation, studies and anime. I'm looking to give a chance to the young students who are starting out, free from stress and seeking a place to Recharge in Rest and Relax.
