Hi! I'm a yo nanny living with my boyfriend and my best friend (m). We are looking for someone in our age group (twenties to thirties) to share our home with. My sister is moving out of our 3rd bedroom sometime between September and March , so we are not entirely sure about the timing as far as when the room will be available, but we are looking to find someone as soon as possible. We have 3 cats, and are looking for a roommate who likes animals but isn't bringing their own, as unfortunately we are at our limit. We are looking for someone who is either a part of LGBTQ+ or an ally, because some of us are members of that community and would love for everyone to be comfortable.

Also looking for someone who is clean, quiet, reliable, but enjoys to have some fun and hang out in the shared spaces. A lot of the time, we enjoy cooking together, watching TV together, and we enjoy hosting a game night with our friends and siblings, so we hope that whoever is sharing our home with us would be okay with some noise most saturday nights, or would like to participate. We would love to have a roommate who will respect quiet hours at pm until about 6am on weeknights. I dont have any good photos of the property at the moment, but ive attached photos of us, some gorgeous parks nearby, and also a photo of our cat Charlie enjoying the big sunny window in our living room.

Total rent is before utilities. Split 4 ways would be per person. Utilities we pay for are electric and wifi, which varies but usually comes out to about per person, so total cost to live here is about per person.
