Hi there! We are a gay couple looking for a friendly and respectful roommate to share our light blue shotgun-style house in the 2nd Ward. If you are an international student or a new professional especially in engineering or healthcare, we would love to hear from you! 

About the House:

• Located close to Downtown, Dynamo Stadium, the University of Houston, and the Medical Center.

• Just three blocks from the metro rail stop (Eastwood on the green line) and perfect for biking with a bike path directly behind the house.

• Freshly painted inside and out, with new siding, floors, and plumbing.

• Fully equipped with a full kitchen, dining room, laundry room, dishwasher, and full-size washer and dryer.

Includes a queen-sized bed, TV, dresser, closet, desk, and office chair.

• Furnished room with no security deposit or utility fees.

About Us:

We are part-time residents, staying at the house about once a week. One of us is a communications professor and paramedic, and the other works in technology consulting and business management. We have room A. Your housemate is a UH student who lives in room B. And room C would be yours and includes a private bathroom.

What We are Looking For:

• Someone who is tidy, non-smoking (outside smoking allowed), and not into parties.

• No pets, please.

• A roommate who appreciates a friendly and culturally diverse environment.
