Literally the day after signing a lease, University housing offered a unit. The manager wants somebody to take over before breaking it.
It’s an unfurnished studio including utilities except internet. Under a mile from UW Madison. Second floor. Cats allowed (no dogs). Parking and laundry available. Obviously, the new lease is preferred, so there’s some room for negotiation.
