Shared common areas on ground floor with recent updates: kitchen, dining room, living room with a fireplace, and laundry room. Outdoor seating available in front and back yards.

There is street parking in the front and limited private parking in alley lot behind house.

You're responsible for cleaning up after yourself, your own food / toiletries.

We're alcohol and garden friendly within reason but ask any smoking be outside.
