sqft house with a pool, hot tub, pool table, and dart board. No pets in the house, and not looking to add any at the moment. Nice landscaped yard with outdoor lighting and plenty of seating area. Pictures are old, but still the main vibe of the house. LGBTQ+ friendly.

The room itself is on the small side, and comes unfurnished. It shares a bathroom with 1 other person. Has a built in closet.

Looking for someone who is clean and respectful, and does their part to pick up after themselves. You're welcome to have people over.

Generally no crazy parties, though I do throw a big Halloween party each year.
