Room for rent in cozy house

Hi guys!

I have a spacious room with a large closet for rent in a cute house in the Arden area, just mins from Sac State. The room is available mid August and the rent is $ a month with a $ deposit due at signing of the lease. The bills are not included but are typically under $. The lease is 6 months with the option to renew. The bathroom is shared and we have plenty of street parking. The house is fully furnished and has a washer and a dryer. Myself and another female live in the home and are looking for a third female to join us! We are both really easy going, respectful and clean. Must have good credit and make 2x the rent to qualify.
