I am URGENTLY looking for a female roomate for a new lease starting . It is a bath home in East Falls with a fenced in backyard. It also has a unfinished basement with washer and dryer and storage area. I am years old, a registered nurse (I work day shift at the hospital). I have a French bulldog named Penny. I would like someone who is kind and easy going. I’ve been here for three years but my roommate is moving to another area. Rent is $/month per person & split utilities. Serious inquiries only 🙂

* the house is one block away from the train station and it is only 2 stops to Suburban station. East Falls is in between Manayunk and Fairmount and a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars that you can walk to from the house
