I am renting out my second bedroom, my townhouse has a full bathroom and a half bath. Rent and electricity are split each month. Parking is available and internet is included in your rent.I have a dog so unfortunately no other pets are allowed. I have a furnished house but the available bedroom will be unfurnished. Message me for any other inquiries about the space or for pictures. Move in fee is flexible, rent is due on the first of the month
